Our Easy Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

We want you to absolutely adore your Coco Royale Island purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we make returns a breeze.

To ensure a smooth return process, please refer to the below instructions. For orders valued at $125 or more, we're happy to cover return shipping costs. For orders below $125, we kindly ask that you arrange and cover the return shipping. We appreciate your understanding.

Return Restrictions

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom-made, special order, or final sale items.
  • Items must be returned in their original unused condition, with all labels and hygiene strips intact.
  • In the interest of hygiene, please wear underwear when trying on bikinis and avoid make-up coming into contact with swimsuits when trying them on. We may refuse to refund or exchange if it is clear this hasn't been done, and return the goods to you.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
  • Due to the delicate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for items damaged due to wear, washing, or dry cleaning.
  • Items not meeting these criteria may be returned to you at your expense.

In the very unlikely event that you receive an item that's different from your order, damaged upon arrival, or has a manufacturing defect, we want to help you get things right quickly. Simply notify us within 2 business days of receiving your order by emailing us at contact@cocoroyaleisland.com

We understand mistakes can happen, and we're here to make it easy for you. We'll send you a prepaid label to use for your return, free of charge. Just pack your item securely in its original box (if available) and with any original packaging materials.

To ensure a smooth return process, kindly ensure the item hasn't been worn, washed, or has its tags including hygiene strips removed. This allows us to efficiently process your request for a full refund or a replacement (if the item is still in stock).

We'll send your refund or replacement promptly upon receiving the returned item. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to resolving any unexpected issues quickly and with minimal inconvenience.

The good news is, exchange shipping within the United States is completely free! You'll see any adjustments to your account within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

If you used a discount code on your original order, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the new order total and the appropriate discount level. This ensures you get the correct refund based on the final price you paid.
